Dubai Design Week 2021
RMJM x DIDI, in collaboration with DesertInk and AESG
Co-planning the future of Dubai through a tech-enabled interactive exhibition.
Shape your City is a digital and physical installation that was featured as part of the 2021 Dubai Design Week at the D3 Architectural Exhibition from November 8th to December 15th 2021.
Designed as a 360degrees experience, it engaged the visitors in an informative and playful journey to collectively shape the future of Dubai.
Through a specially developed web-app the visitors were invited to share insights and propose transformations to the future of their city’s mobility, landscape, zoning and cultural preservation. The experience ended with a live map summarizing the realtime inputs.
Shape your City was presented at the Responsive Cities 2023 symposium, the DIGICOM 2022 conference and the 6th International Conference for Urban E-Planning. Read more about it here.
